For IEC 61869-9 compliant SMV sending, the SMVSENDER61869 function block must be added to the ACT configuration.
When adding the function to ACT sheet, IEC 61869-9 compliant sampled value control block and related data set are automatically created. By default PCM600 tool creates PhsMeas2 data set and MSVCB03 control block, which are by default compliant to IEC 61869-9 svcb attributes, i.e. numOfASDU=2 and sampleRate=4800. It is recommended to only use the default template, as relay has limited support for any modifications on the control block attributes.
