REX640 IEC 61850 Engineering Guide

At least one SMVRCVx function block must be added to the ACT configuration of the SMV receiver protection relay to enable SMV receiving. One protection relay can have a maximum of four SMVRCVx blocks and up to 24 individual measurement channels.

Note: The SMVRCVx function block supports both IEC 61869-9 and 9-2LE profiles
Note: The SMVRCV’s decoder is configured based on Part 9-2 (2020; Edition 2.1), stating: All BER TLV Length fields shall be definite form, and encoded using the minimum size BER encoding possible. The relay will discard SV packets not conformant to this specification and UCA test case sSvp7.
