OTP can be used to restore forgotten ADMNISTRATOR password. ADMINISTRATOR can reset the passwords of the users via PCM600. Support should be contacted in case ADMINISTRATOR password is forgotten.
Support advices REX615 LHMI user how to active OTP reset functionality and reset ADMINISTRATOR password.
- Navigate via LHMI to the view where ADMINISTRATOR password should be entered.
- Do not enter the password but press and hold down
button at least five seconds. - OTP ticket will be displayed on LHMI.
- Provide to support all information given on the LHMI OTP view.

- Support generates corresponding OTP value and provides it to the customer.
- Navigate via LHMI to the view where ADMINISTRATOR password (OTP generated) can be entered.
- Enter the generated OTP.
- When OTP has been entered Relay will reset ADMINISTRATOR password to default value If OTP value was correct.
- User can now login as ADMINISTRATOR using default password and create new password for ADMINISTRATOR.
