REX615 Operation Manual
OTP can be used to restore forgotten ADMNISTRATOR password. ADMINISTRATOR can reset the passwords of the users via PCM600. OTP functionality in REX615 is available only via front port by WMHI. Support should be contacted in case ADMINISTRATOR password is forgotten. Use either default 192.168.0.254 or custom LHMI ip address.

  1. Support gives URL to OTP page: https://ip_address/otp.html

  2. User types https://ip_address/otp.html in browser.

  3. OTP related information page will be displayed as below.

  4. User sends the information back to support

  5. Support generates OTP and sends OTP to customer

  6. User enters ADMINISTRATOR as username and OTP value.

  7. In case password was reset successfully following message is shown:

  9. User shall check that correct OTP password is entered or contact support.
