REX615 Operation Manual

  1. Press to activate the login procedure.
  2. Acknowledge the login banner notification if displayed.

    Note: User Editable login banner provides a way to display a definitive warning to any possible intruders that may want to access your system that certain types of activity are illegal, but at the same time, it also advises the authorized and legitimate users of their obligations relating to acceptable use of the computerized or networked environment(s) as is required by IEC 62443-4-2 Component Requirement 1.12 System use notification. There is no login banner text defined by default.
  3. Input the username with keymaps.

  4. Confirm the selection with .
  5. Input the password when prompted with keymaps.

  6. Press to confirm the login.
    • To remove one character from left side of the cursor, press .
    • To cancel the procedure, press .

  7. Press and to select user role.

    Note: Role select is only available when user has more than one role configured.
  8. Press to confirm the role.
Tip: The first character of the username logged in is shown on the display's upper right corner in the icon area.
Note: When local override is disabled, user can navigate through SLD, Measurements and Main menu pages without logging in.
Note: When the user tries to edit some parameter or to enter Settings or Configuration menus, a login dialog is shown asking for credentials.
