IED user authorization is disabled by default. IED user passwords can be changed on the LHMI and using the IED Users tool in PCM600.
The factory default passwords in the protection relay can be changed with Administrator user rights.
Note: Local passwords can be changed only via the LHMI. Remote passwords can be changed via the LHMI or with PCM600.

Enable IED user authorization at on the LHMI.

Use the IED Users tool in PCM600 to manage the local user accounts.

- Click Restore factory settings to restore user management configuration (only with Administrator rights).
- Click Change Own Password to change user account passwords.

Add or remove users on the User Management tab (only with Administrator rights).
User accounts can be created under any role.
