You can create a personal book from topics (not from PDFs). The books enable you to pull together different topics of interest to you in the order you decide.
To create a personal book:
Select the My Library icon in the top right-hand menu.
Select “Personal books”.
Select Create+.
Give your book a name. For example, “Important operating instructions for REX640 PCL3”.
Add a description for your book so that you can identify it later.
You have now created a personal book. The book can contain topics already in the portal and your own personal topics that you create yourself.
To add topics in the portal to your personal book:
Open the topic.
Select Menu (ellipsis).
Select “Add to personal book”. You can also choose to add more topics from the same Book to your personal book by selecting them from the Book.
To open your personal book:
Select the My Library icon in the top right-hand menu.
Select “Personal books”.
Select the book you want to open.
