Time synchronization over IEC 60870-5-103 is supported. This requires that the IED’s global Time Sychronization Source parameter (in Configuration > Time > Synchronization > Synch source) is set to "IEC 60870-5-103" mode. If some other time synchronization source is configured for the IED, the IEC 60870-5-103 time synchronization messages are rejected.
