WHMI is disabled by default, and has to be activated in the protection relay configuration. As secure communication is enabled by default, the WHMI must be accessed from a Web browser using the HTTPS protocol.
- To enable the WHMI, select via the LHMI.
- Reboot the relay for the change to take effect.
- Log in with the proper user rights to use the WHMI.
Tip: To establish a remote WHMI connection to the protection relay, contact the network administrator to check the company rules for IP and remote connections.
Note: Disable the Web browser proxy settings or make an exception to the proxy rules to allow the protection relay's WHMI connection, for example, by including the relay's IP address in .
